Which payment methods do you accept?
Currently payments are accepted via Wix Payments (Debit & Credit), and PayPal.
What is your return policy?
No Returns on Open Product. If you cancel your order before the product is opened on stream then you will receive a full refund of your initial order amount.
When do you ship?
Expected ship out time is within 7-10Â business days. You should receive an email with your tracking code. If you did not receive any tracking information feel free to contact me via email at Poke4You@Yahoo.com or on the Discord Channel. *If their are any delays in shipping, I will hold items until able to ship.*

Order Fulfillment Policies
Refund policy - No Refunds on opened product. Refunds are only available on cancelled orders before packs are opened.​
Delivery policy - Orders will be shipped out within 7-10 business days via USPS.
Return policy - No Returns once your break has happened. All products are currently opened LIVE & Proof of your order items you will receive from your purchase.
Cancellation policy - You can cancel your order for a full refund of your purchase amount as long as the packs are still sealed by the time of cancellation.
Shipping policy - International Buyer(s) are responsible for taxes, tariffs & fees. - Insurance is available per request.
